Dr Varil Williams

Dr. Val Williams, affectionately known as “Dr. V,” is the founder of Heart to Heart Coaching, VJW Staffing, and a spiritual leader with Heart to Heart Ministry International, Inc. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and a BSW in Social Work. As a Board-Certified Professional Counselor (BCPC) and certified image consultant, she has earned the distinctive title of “Faith and Fashion Concierge of Vegas.” Dr. V brings unmatched expertise, dynamic communication, and commanding presence to boardrooms, leadership platforms, and personal growth spaces. Passionate about teaching, research, and empowerment, she equips women to dress in alignment with who they are becoming God fearing chain breakers whose outward presence reflects their inner strength.
